Day 3 is now complete! 40 miles!
Sheldon ran on a beautiful trail called the North Central State Trail. The gravel was smooth and the woods were picturesque. The sun was shinning with blue skies and white clouds.
Sheldon is feeling good and ready to rest for Day 4 tomorrow.
